Arrival Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha. After checking in, you will have time to settle in and relax. A safari briefing will be provided, giving you an overview of the journey ahead and helping you prepare for your first day in the national parks. Enjoy dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Arusha to Tarangire

After breakfast, depart Arusha and travel towards Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, begin your first game drive through the park. Tarangire is known for its large elephant herds and distinctive baobab trees, creating a memorable landscape for wildlife viewing and photography. Spend the day exploring different areas of the park, with opportunities to encounter a variety of wildlife. Continue to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Tarangire to Serengeti

After breakfast, depart Tarangire and travel towards the Serengeti through the Ngorongoro area. Along the way, stop at Olduvai Gorge before continuing towards the Serengeti. The changing landscapes provide opportunities for wildlife viewing as you make your way towards the park. Arrive in the Serengeti for an afternoon game drive before proceeding to your accommodation. Enjoy dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.

Full Day Serengeti

Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti. Begin with a morning game drive across the plains, searching for the park’s abundant wildlife and the Big Five. Continue with further game viewing in the afternoon, exploring different areas of the Serengeti. The open landscapes provide excellent opportunities for wildlife photography and observing animals in their natural surroundings. Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti Game Viewing

Continue your Serengeti experience with another full day of game viewing. Explore the plains and different wildlife areas, allowing plenty of time to search for predators, elephants and other wildlife. An optional hot-air balloon safari can be arranged for guests who would like to experience the Serengeti from above. Continue with game viewing throughout the day before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro

After breakfast, begin your journey from the Serengeti towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy a morning game drive as you leave the Serengeti before continuing towards the Ngorongoro highlands. Arrive at the crater rim in the afternoon and take in the views across the spectacular crater landscape. Settle into your accommodation and enjoy dinner and overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of wildlife viewing. The crater floor provides opportunities to encounter a wide variety of wildlife, including the Big Five. Explore the different areas of the crater while taking in its dramatic scenery. Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing with further game viewing. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
